Shooting Qualification Badge. Can you Id
This photo was sent to me by a friend looking for an Id. It has some features that look familiar but beyond that I have no clue. Any thoughts from the members.

Jack,
Best Shot Privates and L/Cpls in the Bn. Prize badge worn lower left sleeve. Silver = Volunteers. Its an unusual construction for a British badge so possibly Canadian. If its for sale I would be interested regards
