Default Is this a WW2 era Czech or Belgium Uniform?

I came across this uniform at an antique store and I think it might be Czechoslovakian or maybe Belgium based on the rampant lion insignia. Does anyone know which country and if it is even a military uniform from what era?

Hi Tonomachi,
This is a uniform for a cavalry major of Finland. I am not sure as to period but would hazard a guess at either 1942 or 1948 fro the numbers on the manufacturers label. Maybe someone else can asist with period worn.

The shoulder lion indicates an officer.
The red on yellow collar tabs is for cavalry.
The large rosette on collar tabs is a major's rank insignia.

Regards
Steven
