Default Grenadier Guards

Gents, assuming this is indeed a Grenadier Guards badge and but is it a cap badge or a collar? It is cap badge sized, the lugs being north and south.

Many thanks

Bess

Thanks Andy, it was the North/South lugs that I couldn't fathom.
