Default Unidentified Formation Patch - Royal Norfolk?

Hi

I recently acquired this formation patch (attached) and would welcome forum members to help identify it. It is one of a pair. I have looked at every thread on this forum within this section so hope it has not come up before.

So far my thoughts are that it may be a Burmese Dragon (similar to the 12th Army patch), and possibly from a tropical theatre because of the studs on the reverse (I read on the forum that this allowed them to be detached from KD uniforms). Almost certainly from a 2nd Battalion Royal Norfolk officer...........

Over to you!

Very rare badge from the India Burma Theater. I will look through my Bosleys Catalogues and let you know. John.

It's a "Chinthe" btw not technically a dragon, it's more of a mix.
