Default Cloth Conundrums.

Good Afternoon everyone,

I have already posted this thread on It's a Mystery - Unknown Insignia for identification as some of you may have seen. However I thought I should put the thread on here as well since all the badges I am looking to identify are cloth patches and formation signs.

Please note that numbers 3,9,10,15 & 18 have already been identified.

Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill, I believe 11 is Cuban cavalry, and 21 is a Norwegian home defence unit, I'm at work so can't check my references, best wishes Mike

No 20 could be a U.S army first corps patch. If you try googling this you will see similar ones.

No 12 could be something to do with the Buckinghamshire Regiment. Please see link (at first see title of page when you open link and then scroll down where you will see the badge):

I don't think this to be US I Corps as it is too small and the white ring is much fatter than what is normally seen.

Hi CB - think you are right about the suggestion I made about the US 1st Corps patch. On second thoughts, it is not a 1st Corps patch due to the points you made.....

Surely 16 is some sort of Middle Eastern military / police dog handler badge? If you find anyone who speaks Arabic, you could ask them to translate.....
