I suspect it is a re-enactors Blouse. The shoulder designations do not look original, the Artificers badge is well past 1945. I doubt any military Tailor would use the same colour thread for all the badges.

Wings are ok but the Pegasus are fake. The type of thread used is most unusual to say the least.
I hear bells, but that may be due to Christmas. |

Unfortunately 99% of any such BD blouses will set off bells and alarms as that percentage represents the reality of these.
