The Ebay prices are outrageously expensive. Try a jewellery 'Findings' supplier.
I bought a bag of 1000 for a nominal price and they have kept me going for years.

I make my own lug from copper wire and they work just fine being as they are slightly different to the standard lugs I can spot any repairs I have made.
