Canadian with Polar bear badge.

Nice photo, thanks for posting. It's a nice photo showing a signal office, complete with a field phone type 'F' on the desk and despatch riders picking up their mail. In the related photos section there is a great photo of a DR on his bike as well as lineman on the job. Very nice shots!!!

About the DR,I thought so too. But,is that a division sign or something on his helmet on his left side,the small square.
