undentified button

Hi can anyone help identify this button.
i am lead to believe it is metal as it was found metal detecting
unsure if its a phoenix with anchor or eagle with anchor.

Any help greatly appreciated

Definitely not Royal Navy!

Hopefully someone else can ID the country, assuming it is actually Naval. It may just be a civilian "fashion" type button?

davidwyke is correct. It is a modern fashion button and modeled after a 19th century Italian navy button.
