Default WORST. ITEM. EVER.

Not only has Pegasus been portrayed like a winged unicorn, he's missing a wing. And why does Bellerophon have sagging manboobs?

Angry mode off.

A dreadful item, but how many veterans are still around who would be qualified to wear it anyway ?

This rubbish must be aimed at the collectors market, a sad state of affairs.

I saw only one at the MG commemorations last week, but I didn't spend much time there.

My apologies, it is based on an item my son drew in his first week of year one. I meant to send the real drawing to the pattern makers but got them mixed up in the post. The real pattern appears to have arrived in the birthday Card for his Granny; she was a tad puzzled but then grand children will be grand children and she went on to tell my son about Daddy's odd drawings when he was little that 'so made the vicar laugh'. When you are 5 rising 6 I believe that there may still be a breast fixation going on and he said that horses are boring and unicorns are far more fun.
I for one am not qualified to wear this item but I expect there will be some genuine one or twos amongst a raft of Walter Mittys.....Time to polish my DSO...now what does that stand for...? something Shot Off, just can't quite remember the first bit...

You're not suggesting it is supposed to rub off when older?

And this from a subsidiary of the company who has the contract to make all the British army badges currently [Firmins].

Makes you feel happy that the MOD obviously picked the most able bidder, not a decision based on price at all eehh?

Yep, all his officers' beret crests are a (very bad) joke!

Angry Bad Blazer badge

I once contacted this 'dealer' about the Lancashire Fusilier badge without a laurel wreath ( the laurel weath awarded to the 20th regiment for it's conduct at the battle of Minden )

The reply said his blazer badge had been approved by the regiment.

I pointed out that the regiment hadn't existed since 1968.

His second reply was far from being 'gentlemanly'......mention of '6 months in the army cadets' etc. etc. (the usual B/S)

I later sent him an official description of how the crest should be depicted.

My efforts have apparently had limited success as the Lancashire Fusiliers blazer badge crest without laurel wreath is still being flogged off on ebay (with a million other items of tat)

He also appears to be enjoying himself with the Stafford Knot.
