From these photos, they all look to be genuine in my opinion. The RE appears to have been silver plated, which is of course out of the norm. The Black Watch appears to have one replaced lug, not unusual on an old worn badge.

The QVC RE Vols is a Marsh fake of an officers Waist Belt Plate. Look closely and you’ll see classic fake ‘pock mark’ seeding and wonky jewels in the crown.

Devon’s is a repro too.

If looking to sell I might be interested in the BW.
