C3FF1703-B192-4220-806A-AF8B38ED208B.jpgAll,
I recently acquired this patch. I’m sure I saw one several years ago but in a red background?
I thought 9 SQN RE.
I reversed image searched and a post came up with a copy of one in similar colours identifying it as RAF BD. Can anyone please positively ID and add any dates of use please?
Thank you

Not much use I'm afraid, but they pop up on ebay as WWII RAF Bomb Disposal badges

Sorry Jon, but must tell you these have featured on the forum before as queries, and the conclusion was these are fashion items with no military connection - hence the strange and different combinations of colours used in different variants. I’m sure if you search “bomb disposal” you’ll find some of the threads - see thread entitled “parachute trained bomb disposal?” by Padre and the links therein.
