Default Skinner's Horse - 1 st Duke of York's Own Lancers

Hello all

My name is Mike Trevor and I run the group Skinner's Horse, a cavalry group putting on mounted displays recreating officers of this illustrious regiment. Whilst our main period is late Victorian we are in the process of recreating the uniforms for the Great War as we have been asked to put on a number of displays showing the Indian Cavalry during WW1.

We are trying (currently in vain) to find collar dogs and cap badges for the period so we can get reproductions made. If anyone has any for sale or would be willing to let us take copies from them (we would pay you to hire and they would be marked as such) I would be exceedingly grateful.

Hopefully yours

Mike Trevor
