Default ALH tribute medal, etc.

Hi

Grateful for any comments on this gold tribute medal picked up some years back attached to the small typed card.

From my own research, I know that there are a couple of small errors in the card but if anyone can confirm the last line?

A friend then came up with this silver and enamel 4 ALH (?) sweetheart or association pin, 40mm from tip to tip of the boomerang. Much nicer than the photo would suggest as I was a bit "off" on the lighting.

Not suggesting that the two have been together at any point but they make a nice paring.

Time I cut back on some stuff so if you are serious, PM me.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

I'd have to weigh it for you but it is a solid fob and not one of those two piece hollow affairs that look pretty substantial but tend to blow out of your hand with the passing breeze....

I've got a couple of those too!

Just had it weighed and it comes out at 5.3 grams. There is an Australian jeweller's mark there that I've yet to look up.

Hope this helps.
