I had a few discussions with Roger (the late Cribyn) on this subject. I am not so sure there is a definitive list. Looking at past and current hunt buttons there is a similarity in size and the incised cut but I am sure there are similar blazer buttons.

So I suppose in a word 'no' I cannot answer the question, except where they are indicated with a Gothic lc H.

Its an interesting question, the "blazer" appears to have begun with rowers from Oxford and Cambridge and moved on through other sports and countries to become a general semi formal piece of fashion wear, Hunting Pinks predate this by quite a long time, but not all huntsmen wear Pinks so maybe they wear blazers too?

Is the question actually how many Regiments and Corps had their own pack of Hounds for Hunting?
