Singapore Police Gurkha Contingent

Hope this is the right spot for this? Does anybody know what type of Singapore Police cap badge is worn on the Gurkha hat? Is it the all silver type or the type with blue & red enamelling?

Additionally I have seen SPGC officers wearing parachute wings, are these basic Singapore army wings or wings unique to the police?
