Royal Marines Bronze Collar Badge

Looking for information on present day Lovat Dress bronze collar badge.

1. Do Officers and OR's wear they same pattern or is the Officers' one a two part badge?

I have a one part bronze pattern that is the same size and pattern as the Officers and WO1s anodised pattern (two part). I have had a look at the Dress Regulations but I cannot find the info I am after.
