Default Notts and Derby uniform babges

Hi, Can anyone identify the period of the cloth shoulder titles of this Notts and Derby CSgt?

1902 (the regiments title changed to include "Nottingham" in October of that year) - 1908 when the Volunterr Battalions became Territorial Force.

The star above the chevrons is a proficiency star, the ones on the lower sleeve are efficiency badges, each awarded for 4 or 5 years service.

Thanks for sharing. Nice to see his 2nd VB Notts and Derby (Sherwood Foresters) cap badge being worn. I have the 1VB N&D in the following album, cheers Dean.

Only 2VB Notts & Derby badge I've got is a fake, additional VB scroll tacked on and the whole silvered.
