in 25 years service with the RN I never saw such a badge true NAAFI wore number 8's or 4's now onboard and even went as far as eppaullettes but never saw one wear a beret or cap and even now my few still sefvong mate assure me they have never seen that . but could be a special badge for November ceromonies or similar.

Somewhat late addition to this thread. During my research on 100 years of NAAFI I have been in touch with a NAAFI expert who tells me that these badges are a figment of someone's imagination designed to fool collectors. They were never worn.
