Default Hong Kong badges for ID

Hi Guys,

Can I get some assistance with an ID please?

I'm trying to work out if these are pre war HK Volunteer Defence Corps or post war Hong Kong Regiment.

I think the slider version is an officer's cap badge and the other an officer's cap badge or collar badge.

Any advice appreciated on ID and value.

Mick

Thanks mate. I was thinking the same way. And they are now surplus to my requirements so available for sale/trade.
