Aussie Queensland Police help required

I understand that there are copies / replica's of this badge, can anyone tell me if this is an original or a copy please? there are no makers marks that I can see.

That's an original without doubt. In the last week or so there have been several Australian Police cap badges listed on eBay. They were starting at £90 each and were out and out repros. Total crap.
