Went for £700 at Bosleys yesterday. Spelt "Wortley" in the catalogue. Is there anyway of tracing the service of those named on these badges ?

I would like to resurrect this thread to attempt to gain some information regarding a 6th Iniskillen soldier. I recently purchased one of these jubilee badges belonging to Lance Sergeant W. E. James and I was hoping that someone might be in a position to give me more details about him. His number was 2403.
Thanks in advance Ian |

Billy the engraved one have INNISKILLING DRAGOONS 1887 on the scrolls (Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee). Not sure how many were produced, but think there is about 14 listed on this thread. Yours is the standard armbadge. I have one of these in WM.
