Default 4th Commando arc title

Judging by the poor quality of the embroidery and the thick "spaghetti" on the back I guess this 4th Commando title is no good? Thank you so much in advance for your advise, gents!

I have this one to 6 commando, I think it's okay, but I haven't a clue when it comes to cloth badges
