Default Royal Wiltshire Yeomany or Denbighshire Hussars?

Probably an impossible question to answer but this, now brooched badge, has the Birmingham Hallmark for 1916 if I am reading it correctly. It appears that it might originally have had loops.

I would go for the Wlts as their officers badges were distinctive in shape but it could be any regiment who wore PofW feathers with a bit of artistic licence.
