Default An old lightbulb and some PJI's

Dear all, I need some help here trying to determine age/era of these badges.
The lightbulb is printed/painted on a khaki piece of cloth, looks a bit like the stone uniform of the marines, but the cloth is much softer. At the bottom of the shroudlines is a parachutist.
The first vertical row of PJI's is the second type. Top one and third one are padded, middel one isn't. Last row (1st type and current type) has the three top ones padded, last one isn't. In both series different types and shades of wings.
Any help is most appreciated !
Cheers,
Alain
