Default Essex Regt Shoulder title sand cast?

Hello good people
Is this Essex Regt Shoulder title sand cast theatre made please?
I was digging through a few badges I had spare and came across it, from where? Who knows!

It is sand cast. Whether or not it is actually theatre made, that's difficult to tell.

The Style of the lugs look to be Indian Bazaar Pattern.
