Victorian Essex Yeomanry or Essex Police?
Bit unsure on this one, I have KC Essex Police collar badges, but this has a loop and is double sided and appears to have the QVC……..any ideas please?

I'M fairly certain that there is no Essex Constabulary connection. The loop at the top suggests a charm or similar.
