Arrow KOYLI Badge - Hat or Collar?

Good day folks

This KOYLI badge has very long broad lugs. Is it for a hat or a collar?

Many thanks

James

Arrow

Brilliant

Mid to late 1930's slider was replaced by wide brass lugs to be worn in the khaki Universal Field Service Cap.

Many thanks for your comments and to Nozzer for pointing me in the direction of the tombstone thread.

So KOYLI badge looking for a new home.

James
