Mike if you are looking for the Lord Strathcona's Boer War badge, try Jaime Cline. She had one a few weeks ago.

Default 1st Canadian shoulder

I have a couple of the "1st Canadian" shoulders but I had them identified as CEF 1st Bn. Cross has them on page 4 for the 1st Bn CEF ??????

Mike,
Are you certain about the LSH being a South African War vintage shoulder badge. Looks to me more like First World War. The Regiment's official name was Strathcona's Horse, but it was sometimes called Lord Strathcona's Corps.

Hello Larry.....

The 4 badges in the lower left are definately Boer War... I also have seen some WW1 badges and they are very similar but not the same..... The 5th May be a WW1 badge but was told that it also may be from 4th or 5th contingent......

Mike
