Default Australia title, blue on pale blue
Ditto: arm of service? is it Navy or Air Force? Presumable vintage? Denoting voluntary service in the British Armed Forces? Don't know much about such titles, any explanation much welcome!

It's Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) - worn by NCOs around the 1980s.
