Default 4 DIVISION BRIGADE SIGNS

Hi all,
Can anyone help me please on the brigade patches of the 4 Division that were rectangular in shape and vertically divided and for the 10 Bde were green/blue/green, 11 Bde yellow/blue/yellow and 12 Bde red/blue/red. What is their origin - where they worn on the sleeves and were they replaced by the ram's head shaped brigade signs?
Thank you.
Regards,
Talos
