Default Unknown Metal "Wing" Badge For Identification

Does anyone have any idea what this metal "Wing" badge is please ? 35mm tall x 25mm wide. Four blade type fasteners to the rear. Will be offered for sale once identified.

I think it's the cap badge of one of the old British railway companies.... I have an old photo of it in wear somewhere.....

Can't find the photo, but I think it's Great Eastern Railways.
