Default Shoulder badge

Looks to me to be the OR's shoulder badge for The Royal Canadian Regiment, worn around the turn of the 20th cent.

Dimensions?

How do you come by that? I see "V" - "R" - "I", though very entwined! Cheers billy

Default Re: RCR shoulder bdges

billy,

I guess my reply to your post was deleted in the recent forum upgrade. Just in case you missed it, the reason I knew it was the RCR shoulder badge (1894-1902) is because I am ex-RCR and collect to my regiment along with others.

Attaching a pic of part of my regiment's badges. Two examples of subject badge are top centre with hat badge and button.

Ian
