Default Churchill Cap Badge 1945

Hi All,
Can anyone please identify the cap badge worn by Winston Churchill at the July 1945 Victory Parade in Berlin? Here's a link to the pic..

I can't see the image but if Sir Winston Churchill is in Army uniform it is probably the cap badge of the 5th (Cinque Ports) Battalion of the Royal Sussex Regiment (K&K 1728).

I would agree about the Cinque Ports badge as he was Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports. I only ever recall seeing another photo of him wearing an RAF uniform as an Air Commodore(?), but that would be easy to spot.

I found this here... https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ch...%3B2947%3B2376

Also here... http://ww2db.com/image.php?image_id=15712

It's not as glamorous or as humorous as yours, but I think this is the image in question...

Definitely Cinque Ports Battalion; and as to RAF, yes, he was Honorary Air Commodore of 615 Squadron, Aux AF. He also liked wearing 4th Hussars uniform as he was their Colonel in Chief, and often appeared in a maritime rig of sorts by virtue of being an Elder Brother of Trinity House (this is how he was dressed when he landed in Normandy just after D-Day).

Default Churchill

I think he was also occasionally to be seen in the uniform of the Colonel of the QOOH.

Many thanks for the speedy answers guys, it does indeed look like the Cinque Ports battalion badge. Apologies for the broken link, it was in fact the same picture as subsequently provided
