Ok, so google has information, but putting it together is the hard bit and you cant' always be sure that the answer is right, so i'm hoping someone can tell me if i'm on the right track please
So there seems to be two different sets of uniform badges, so I assume there was two type of uniform ?
And the GCR RWAFF stands for Gold Coast Regiment and the RWAFF is Royal West African Frontier Force
And the badge is 14th Army ?....and if I check that it says that part of the 14th Army was the 81st west african division and if I check that it says that part of that was the 5th, 7th and 8th gold coast regiment which brings me back to the badges again
so these belonged to someone who was in the RWAFF and who was in the 14th army and was in Burma and India and was fighting against the Japanese ??
...........and these may be sold at some stage.........
