Sudan Defence Force Supply Service badge - good or bad?
I’ve just received a large job lot of badges and ephemera, cost a bit but the badge that swung it is this Sudan Defence Force Supply Service cap badge.
Cutting to the chase: is it a good one? Looking in ‘Colonial Badges’ I’d say it is, but it is the first (and probably only) one I’ve seen in the flesh. Any comments, good or bad, will be, as always, greatly appreciated. As it was a job lot I will not be returning any that are duff, I’ll just take it on the chin and move on. Also, what would a fair value be? I specifically bought the lot to sell/swap, so once I’ve gone through them and sidelined those I’m keeping for myself or others (including this SDF badge) I will gradually offer the remainder to Forum members. Looks good to me Graham, same thing happened to me with this badge mine was hidden amongst a lot of tosh. I also got the Transport Service badge in a lot of mixed badges and was really pleased with it.
