Was the St Edward’s crown version ever made in gilding metal or was it only ever anodised aluminium?

1958 seems very late for a GM badge. I imagine some regiments had been wearing AA for perhaps 6 or 7 years by that time with KC then QC. Sealed but not produced / worn perhaps?

I also have a silver A/A badge - JR GAUNT B'HAM and one that seems to non void in the crown but I think this is because of the swords crossing at the back of the crown - JR GAUNT LONDON LTD

Gents

Many thanks for your comments. I had seen a GM version noted in K&K but having never seen one I thought I would ask the question as I am aware there are a few mistakes in K&K. If someone had a QC GM version then it would add a little proof that they existed but it doesn't appear that anyone here has one so may be one I have to strike off my wanted/required list.

It would be very off to have a new pattern badge made in G/M in 1958. All the Brigade system badge were only ever made in a/a and they were sealed the same year.
