B.G.H. Red Cross badge??
OK, here's another one. 19.5mm across the arms and made in exactly the same style as the WW1 Red Cross nurse's pins. Brooch fastener. B?? General Hospital?

Reminds me of an American Red Cross pin. The design behind the enamel is why I say that. I have not seen a BRCS pin with the design under the enamel, but seems common on ARC, and other American pins.
That said the design is slightly different from what I've seen and the ARC pin I have, so this is just an assumption on my part. Terry |
