Unknown WWII trade badge.

Can any one identify this trade badge? I have hundreds of WWII trade badges but this is the only one that I can not identify. I am not even certain on the second letter. R.T.?

hi, in british army proficiency badges its listed as RS .................and is not signaller,scout or sniper.

Today it is R I Recruit Instructor, then it may have been the same or Regimental Instructor.

I would say Regimental Instructor as the 2nd letter looks the same as this one in QI
