Troopships arm title

A member of The Military Heraldry Society spotted the titles on Ebay recently. Does anyone know who might have worn them?

A few badges in similar colours were worn by those employed by the Ministry of War Transport, their colour suggesting they were worn on blue battle dress. Blue BD also became a semi-recognised working dress for the Merchant Navy so there may be a link there.

Suggestions please.
