Default T RFC Hants shoulder title, well almost.

I couldn't resist buying this broken badge as it is probably the nearest I will ever get to owning one. Clearly the HANTS title is missing but residue remains at the corner of the R and the C is incomplete. Westlake 565.

Mine cost 50p and I am willing to pay another £1.99 for the missing bits.

Seriously though, what a superb collection you have there.

Simon.

Default "Missing bits"

I can understand why the "HANTS" and part of the "C" is missing, but why cut the descenders on the "T" off.

Good point, a part of the serifs is missing. As the shoulder title came from a lot of broken shoulder titles along with the strange H.L.I. title in my other thread, I wonder if someone tried making one many years ago, they had obviously been practising their brazing on the H.L.I. title.

No wonder I can't find an RFC metal wing anywhere! You've got them all

But seriously, amazing selection of RFC badges, awesome collection, thanks for showing them!

Cheers,

Alex
