Unknown Buttons

Hi all. I don't suppose anyone could help in identifying these buttons. Not sure if they are military or not but would be good to know one way or another. Many thanks.

The two small buttons are for the borough of Tottenham.

The large button has behind the cross the coat of arms of the city of Glasgow: bird, fish, tree and bell.
