It is written in Devanagari Script used in Hindi and Nepali. Your photograph is upside down and I cannot make out all the letters as the photograph is very dark. I once learnt the Devanagari script but I am very rusty. I do not recognise the first letter as it is a conjunct but the rest appears to read KIHAHOKYA.

It might be better if you hold it up to the light when taking the photograph or at least use a much lighter background, as I need to see he spaces between the letters more clearly.

Devanagari script "hangs" from the top line but the badge has been given a bottom line to add strength and that, with the amount of black paint covering everything, makes the outline of the letters indistinct.

Failing that you could send a P.M. to Khyber who will be able to give an accurate transliteration. He will almost certainly know what the word means as well.
