Default Repairing warped plastic badges

Hi all,

I have a Linconlshire regiment plastic badge which is warped (concave when viewed from the side.

My question is, can it be made flat again by the use of a heat gun (mild use) and a heavy weight on it until cool, or is there another method you could suggest or do I "leave it as is?"

Appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.

Some recommend warm water as a treatment to make the plastic more pliable, I've never tried it, I just leave the badges as they come.

Cool Plastic badges

The last thing to be used IMO on plastic badges is a heat gun, it was heat that probably warped the badge in the first place.

This is the only possible method I know of, but emphasis must be made to be very careful as cracking may occur. Stop immediately if you notice anything.
