Default RM Helmet Plates opinions please

Hi folks

I'm presuming these are fantasy items as I can't find them anywhere showing RM badges.

Urm. Are they versions of Officer Gilt & Enamel Plates?

The enameling isn't pierced which is my worry, some said that they might be for SNCO's but then they should just be plain gilt.
Hence my conundrum.

You guessed right Sean, though I believe they are sometimes sold as Senior NCO's helmet plates, cheers,
