Default London or SA Irish

Question all - I bought this years ago as a London Irish badge but I’m wondering if it’s actually South African Irish. What’s the actual difference between the two?

The South African Irish also wore the harp with no scroll badge. Not sure if these were sourced through the London Irish ? So possibly the same badge.
