Default Unknown Patch

Can anyone ID this patch please?
I'm not sure that it is even military, but it came with the effects and other badges (all military) to a CSM who served in the Welch Regiment in WW2. If it is of any help, the other patches in his effects are for the South Wales District.
Diolch,
Kevin

Hello 41st. This div. was converted from the Norfolk County Div. Nov.'41 and disbanded Sept. '44. The brigades were the 213th,220th and 222nd.

Mant thanks gentlemen, the home service would seem to tie in with the South Wales district patches. I will have to check what the link was.
