Question Unknown medical badge

I have just bought a job lot of badges and this is one I can find no reference for. It measures 37mm wide x 24mm deep and looks as though it was originally blacked with two posts for "butterfly clips". The letters ANTAYA/GI is stamped on the reverse.

I think it may be American medical service related which is outside of my collecting field, however any help in ID would be appreciated.

Rob

Expert Field Medic, looks the same as the Combat Field Medic badge but without the wreath.

Hi Rob

According to Wikipedia it is a US Army badge - “Group 2 - Expert Field Medical Badge”.

All the best
