When is the Observer Corps not the Observer Corps?

Just stumbled across this on the web: http://www.observercorps.uk rather than being a reference to the OC/ROC it appears that the name and title (and rank structure?) have been hijacked by a group of people with drones! I wonder how long it will be before their insignia get mistaken for the original observer corps? Although it has to be said, most of their uniform images seem to include elements of photo shopped insignia rather than actual cloth or metal items.
