Hello,

I just wanted some info on the MHS. Namely how do you join ? How much is the subscription ? Do the journals cover much about uniforms and insignia ?

I found an address on the web at the national army museum, I wrote to them about 6 weeks ago requesting joining info. Haven't had a resonse yet.

A couple of weeks ago I e-mailed the museum asking about joining but so far I haven't had a reply.

Perhaps it takes some time for them to reply ?

Hi ,
if you send a cheque for £15.00 made payable to the 'the Military historical society', to the membership secretary, Mr W J Herbert 99 Douglas Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 7SD.
The subscription runs from Jan. Bulletin comes out 4 times a year, you should be sent the Feb back issue.

PS. Journal covers a variety of subjects from badges, buttons, Regts Military history usally illustrated. A varied read but even as a badge collector the other items are of interest
